I take a backup before updating and check your site after every update. If anything breaks, I fix it or roll it back, at no extra cost.

Quick changes like updating text, swapping images, changing prices or fixing a layout issue. Bigger work, like new pages or features, is quoted separately.
Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan as your site grows. Tell me before your next billing date and the change applies from then.
Yes, I need admin access to your website and, for some tasks, your hosting. You can create a separate account for me and remove it at any time.
I scan and harden your site to lower the risk. If it does happen, I clean it up and restore it from a backup as fast as possible. See the care plans
No. Hosting and your domain are paid separately, so you stay in full control of them. If you don’t have good hosting yet, I can recommend one and move your site.
